How do I publish a Moovly project?

Steps to directly publish your Moovly video to the Moovly Gallery, YouTube or other video portals.
In this article, you will learn which steps to take to publish your project to video hosting destinations such as the Moovly Gallery, YouTube or Vimeo.

The Moovly Gallery is a public area on the Moovly platform where you can publish your videos for free. You can have a look at this Gallery on www.moovly.com/gallery and explore the thousands of videos other users have made. 

To publish your video on the Moovly Gallery, click the Export button next to the project preview and select "Moovly Gallery" from the list of destinations:


When publishing to the Moovly Gallery, your project will first be rendered in a video format. This usually takes a short while, depending on the size and complexity of your content and the queue on Moovly's render servers. 

Please read the important note at the bottom of this page regarding copyright and publishing conditions.

If you have accidentally published to the Moovly Gallery and wish to unpublish, you can do this yourself. Just click 'My Gallery', click “Remove from Gallery” on the 3 dots on the thumbnail.

2. YouTube

Before publishing, please note the following:To be able to publish your video on YouTube, you should first of all have a YouTube account and a YouTube channel associated with it.
  1. By publishing your project to YouTube, make sure that you possess the intellectual property rights of all uploaded media used in your project. Check out the YouTube terms and conditions before publishing. 
      To publish your video on YouTube, follow these steps:
  1. On the preview page of your project, click the Export button on the right of the video and in the pop-up, choose YouTube:

            

            

If you haven't connected your Google Drive and YouTube account, it will ask you to connect.
  1. Enter a title and description to be used on YouTube.
            
  1. Sign in with your Google account (to which your YouTube account is linked) and choose your personal or brand account:
            
  1. Your project will first be rendered as a video. Please note that, depending on the render queue on Moovly's servers as well as the size and complexity of your content, this may take a while.
            


3. Vimeo

By publishing your project to Vimeo, make sure that you possess the intellectual property rights of all uploaded media used in your project.
  • Look for the Export button next to your project and choose Vimeo.
  • If you haven't connected your Vimeo account yet, it will you to Connect and allow Moovly to upload your video to Vimeo.
      

      
  • Enter a title and description to be used on Vimeo, and set access level.
      
  • Your project will start rendering into a video.
       
  1. You will then receive an email with a link to your video on Vimeo. 

      





By publishing your Moovly project to the public Moovly Gallery, you ensure that you possess the intellectual property rights of all uploaded media (sounds, images, video objects) used in your project. 

Moovly has the right to remove your project from the Moovly Gallery in case of copyright infringement or any other violation of the Terms & Conditions 

Moovly also reserves the right to remove any incomplete, empty or other inappropriate videos from the Moovly Gallery.
