How to cancel the auto-renewal of a paid subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you do so, you will cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription on the expiration date. Until that date, your current subscription will remain valid.

Please note that do not offer a refund upon cancellation or termination of a subscription, as stated in our Terms & Conditionswhich you are requested to accept upon registration.

To cancel the auto-renewal of your Moovly subscription, follow these steps:
  1. Log in to your Moovly account
  2. Go to 'Settings' (bottom left):


3. Click on the 'Billing' tab:


4. Click the button 'Disable auto-renewal':



4. Fill in the question form & click 'cancel subscription'. 



5. Click 'Cancel Subscription' once more to confirm. 

Finally you receive a confirmation of your cancelation:




Your subscription will stay valid until the end of the current period but will no longer be renewed automatically at the end of this period.



Important! If your subscription has expired, your account will fall back to a Free account, with many functions disabled. These can only be unlocked by subscribing again.
