I purchased a Lifetime subscription but it is saying a 5-year subscription?

Info about our limited Lifetime deal.

During summer 2019 Moovly has a limited offer running called the Moovly Pro Lifetime Subscription. Once subscribed to this plan, your Account Settings will say it's a 5-year subscription that will renew. 

It's technically not possible for us to create 'a lifetime subscription'. Our billing platform always requires an end date.

Nevertheless as described on the website of StackSocial:

  • Note: This deal is good for a lifetime subscription; but customers will need to reach out to Moovly after 5 years to renew their subscription for free.

So in case you're still using Moovly after 5 years, just reach out to us and we'll extend for free. 😊
