My subscription auto-renewed, can I get a refund?
When you sign up for a subscription, you can choose to subscribe to either a monthly or yearly renewal. Like in the case of magazines or services like Spotify or Netflix, "subscription" means that at the end of this monthly or yearly period, it will automatically renew until you cancel. Upon renewal, a payment notification is sent to you via email. Every payment notification also mentions your next invoice date and includes a link to your billing page, where you can manage or cancel your subscription. If you subscribed to a Yearly plan, you also receive a notification email 10 days before the renewal date. This mail is sent to the email address that is linked to your billing account - this is the email address you entered on the billing page. (Note this might be a different email address than the one you used to sign up on Moovly).
As a subscriber, you have the ability to login at any time and cancel the auto-renewal
of your subscription before being billed for a new period. When you cancel your subscription, it will no longer auto-renew, but you will have access to your features until your subscription expires.
Please note that we do not refund for unused time of a subscription or forgotten cancellations. If you believe you have a valid case for a refund, please get in touch via the contact form
