What happens when I run out of credits?

If you run out of credits on Moovly, your ability to export, download, or publish new content may be temporarily affected, depending on your subscription plan.
  1. Subscription Users:
    • If you’ve used all your credits for the month (or year), you’ll need to wait until your next billing cycle for your credits to reset.
    • Alternatively, you can purchase additional credit packs as an add-on if you need more before the reset.

  2. Pay-As-You-Go Users:
    • You can purchase more credits at any time to continue exporting and downloading in HD without the Moovly watermark.

  3. Project Creation:
    • Running out of credits does not prevent you from continuing to create and edit projects within Moovly. You can still work on your videos and save them, but you will need to get more credits to export or publish your projects in HD.
