When you click a thumbnail of a Moovly project, you enter the Preview mode of your creation. On the preview page, on the right side of the player, you see a couple of export options, including Download and Publish:
When you select 'Download', your project first needs to be rendered, which means that it needs to be prepared and processed on our servers in the format and quality you need.
Your video will be rendered in the MP4-format, which is the most commonly used video format today and compatible with almost all video viewing devices (computers, smartphones, tables, television screens...).
Please note that these export options depend on your current subscription plan. For example, the Edu Free plan only includes SD quality rendering. Pro, Max and Enterprise subscriptions all include all quality options.
After your video has been rendered, the video will become available in the dropdown list of the Download button. When you publish your project to the Moovly Gallery, Vimeo or YouTube, it also first needs to be rendered before the actual publishing can take place.
Please note that render time depends on the chosen video quality, the complexity and length of your video and on the current render queue on Moovly's servers. Short SD-quality videos can be rendered in minutes, but long videos in Full HD can take up to an hour or longer to be rendered.
