What is a shared company library?

A shared company library functions similarly like a personal library, with one distinction, that it is accessible to other users within a group. These assets could include video, audio, or image objects that can be used in your projects. A shared company library brings several advantages to your video editing experience. It ensures the consistency of your brand. Team members save time by reusing pre-approved assets. 

Who can create a shared company library? 

Every user that has admin rights in a group can access and create new libraries. 

How to add a shared company library?

Step 1: Start by logging into your Moovly account and navigate to the "Backoffice".

Step 2: In the Backoffice, click on the "Libraries" section. 

Step 3: Click "Add Library"

Step 4 Choose "Share with Group" to make it a shared library. Give the new library a proper title and continue by clicking "Add Library".

Now, the shared library is available to all group members. Any additions or deletions of assets made by the owner will automatically sync for the entire team.
