How to replace an object with another one?

Use the 'swap object' option to replace an object

In the editor, you can easily replace one object with another while keeping its position, properties, timing, and even animation settings.

Method 1:

First, make sure you have the new object available in your Library. If the new object is, for example, a picture, make sure you've uploaded it to your Personal Library.

On the Stage, select the object you want to replace. You will see its Properties in the top right area of the Editor. Next, drag your new object from the library and drop it in the dashed object placeholder.

Method 2:

On the Stage, select the object you want to replace. Next, drag your new object from the library and hover over the selected object on the Stage. Wait for a couple of seconds until you see the object on the Stage changing in color. Now release your left mouse button to replace the object.
In some cases it may take several seconds to see the replaced object on the Stage

That's all! Now your new object has replaced the original one and has taken over its position, properties, timing, and animations, except for special animations that are object-specific.
